where are some good venues to host corporate picnics but indoors that offers LOTS of activities other then speedzone etc

You should try Main Event. There are multiple locations but the new one on the Dallas Tollway really has a lot to offer. Bowling, Laser Tag, Billiards, Shuffleboard, Gravity Ropes, full service bar and great buffet menu. It really sets apart from places like Strikz and D&B.
