You don't mention the size of your guest list, you should start there. Then the square footage needed for your equipment. As well, the word inexpensive is broad. State the range you would like to spend, which determine where to start. Your church, college, shriners, or community center may have a hall that fits your needs.

Dance floors are usually provided by a DJ service. Sometimes they are available separate, however, often not included in a hall rental. Wood floors or a solid slab type floor may work for you and your guests to dance on.

What is the size of your venue? eventective has a great tool to help locate venues in your local area. Have you tried that yet?
