Hi, im looking for a cheap inexpensive place to throw a surprise birthday party/dinner for my mother's 40th bday. I am getting outside catering on the food and cake, so that is covered. Also I am supplying music from my ipod. So there is no need for a dj. I just need a place that can house 25-30 people. I am a college student on a college budget. So I'm looking to spend no more than $100-$150 on a place. Also I need the venue to be in Nashville, TN. Can anyone help me out

Hi SeniorScorpio2007,
A few thoughts:
- If your College Campus is near to your home perhaps you could borrow/rent a room on campus. If you campus isn't, is there another college/university nearby that miight?
- Is there a religious or civic institution near home that would be willing to rent you space?
- Do any of your friends/relatives live in a condominium which has a club house that your friend/relative could rent for the occasion?
