I just found one by my house and it was only $400 and it fits 150 guests

There is a few places.
The one i got was the North Yonkers Boys & Girls Club located at 223 Ridge Ave in Yonkers. This place was $400 for 4 hrs and $50 any additional hour.
I also checked out the following places:
