I am looking for a venue to host our annual client appreciation event. This is what we need:
Outside catering – is this allowed? Do you have kitchen access? etc.
Theme is “Casino Night” We will have tables set up
January 27th – Thursday from 6:30pm – 9:30 pm
I am located in Bohemia, N.Y. we are looking for a place any where from Nassau County to the Nassau/Suffolk border
Look for halls, rather than catering venues, i.e.
Veterans or VWF Halls
Knights of Columbus
High Schools or Universities
Community Center Ballrooms
Firehouses usually have large party rooms.
Large non-profit organizations also may have party rooms - you have to check your local directory for these sorts of locales. Also visit your nearby real estate office. The usually have a map of your town/city and can give you some locations.
These locations usually charge a fee and then you must bring in your own food, bar, table settings and decor. Some may have tables and chairs, others, you will have to rent them.
