Are you working with a planner? If not maybe you should consider getting a consultation with one. They will be able to help you with the process. They will be able to bring good ideas to the table. A good planner should be able to work with you within your budget to assure that you have a fabulous party. Good Luck.

I just prepared the best Fiesta de 15 Años in my country, Ecuador for a friend of mine. Linda my friend daughter loves flowers so everything we did for her was base on her favorite flower. Hi my name is Lucille. I Live in Allentown PA. I really need your help so I can have a night to remember for my Quinceanera (sweet 15). I really want it to be on the date of March 15, 2014. That will be the hoped for date of my quinceanera. I know it is really early to start planning for it....I'm only 13....but I just want my big night to be especially perfect and UNFORGETABLE!! Please help me.....My mom and I would love it if we can start paying for everything now instead of doing everything "last minute." So Please Please help us.

Hi Lucille, I would think that the best place for you to have your event at where they can put everything together for you is a hotel. Most hotels have there own audio, lighting, video, catering, and just about anything else you want.

The most important thing is to locate the perfect venue and then you can start to pay on that as soon as possible. Are you looking to work with a planner, someone who can direct you and help you with venue location and vendor location and booking. I so work in the PA area aswell. www.appointedharmony.com
