Our wedding is going to be on Topsail Island October 16th 2010. Its going to be very small. I am looking for a non judgmental minister to marry us. We are willing to pay about $100-$150. I know it is very short notice but the pastor that was going to marry us said he would not do it unless i moved out of mine and my fiance's house until the wedding which I thought was very rediculous.
