I want to host a surprise 40th birthday party serving dinner or heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks. It will only be 50-75 guests
and I'm on a tight budget. Any suggestions for party venues and catering?

I can provide entertainment and Hors d'oeuvres- depending on your budget, As for a venue- have you looked into a American Legion or VFW hall? You can usually rent a room pretty cheap.
