I would like to plan a small birthday party for my cousin. She will be turning 18 yrs old in October. What I am wondering is if there is a party planner out there that would help me plan this event? I only have a $1,000 (one thousand) dollar budget.

I already have a DJ, so the only thing that I would like to have for her is:

Play boy bunny cake

Play boy bunny "red carpet" backround drop (I have someone who will be taking pictures of the guests while they pass through the "red carpet" an on to the event)

play boy bunny VIP area

And of course a PARTY BUS for her and her "x10 VIP guests to get to and from the party

Would this be possible??
