My fiance' and I are planning a beach wedding in 2012. We are stuck trying to find out how to do food. Should we hire a caterer or use a hotel's banquet room (and let them do the food). We haven't chosen a reception area yet, by the way. Any suggestions? We want something that is not so pricey but be able to choose foods that we know our guests will eat. We would like to do it more of a buffet style reception rather than formal sit down.
