Our unique private dining venue is perfect for hosting a variety of holiday parties. Whether it is an Office Luncheon or Evening Dinner Party, we offer a choice of styles from cocktail receptions, tapas & wine pairings, to a full service sit down meal. Our talented Chef and wine experts will design, customize and prepare menus with your personal tastes in mind.

Our private dining space may be reserved daily for lunches, dinners, receptions or cocktail parties. Our studio can comfortably accommodate sit down dining for up to 30 people and receptions up to 100 people.

I have included 3 types of parties we host at the Hartman.

Interactive Holiday Lunch or Dinner

Your group of 'sous chefs' will prepare your meal from start to finish. Yes, that means your guests will get the opportunity to cook in our gourmet commercial kitchen with our Chef.
Even a beginner will be able to prepare and serve a fine dining meal under the guidance of your talented chef.
Minimum 14 to Maximum 30.
3-course prix fixe menu; from $85 per person plus HST and 18% Service fee
4-course prix fixe menu; from $100 per person plus HST and 18% Service fee
Wine pairing - add $30/person
Wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages are available

Sit-down Holiday Lunch or Dinner

Seating at the Chef's Table (up to 30)
Table seating (one or two tables of 15 each)
Minimum 18 to Maximum 30
3-course prix fixe menu; $85 per person
4-course prix fixe menu; $100 per person
Wine Tasting - $25 per person
HST and Service fee are extra

Cocktail or Tapas Style Party

Cruiser tables
Small plate servings (5 to 9 courses)
Minimum 25 to Maximum 100

Festival Wedding for 10k
Hey guys!
I live in Tampa FL and am currently on the hunt for the perfect wedding venue for both ceremony & reception
Looking to plan a whole wedding for 10K, approx. 150-200 people
We want the atmosphere very relaxed with a music festival feel
What is important to us is good food, music, and drinks!

Hello student, I am currently planning a Masquerade ball myself for October. What location would you like to have the party at? I know a few venues who allow you to have your own catering. What is your budget? Take a look at the Science Center Venues, or Parc Jean Drapeau Venues, & there is also the DDO Civic Center Halls & Receptions in the West Island. Depends on your budget.

Cool vibe, jam-session space
Hello Orlando - I'm looking for a cool vibe space to have a birthday party and "jam session" with old musician friends. Prefer somewhere in Downtown Orlando but open within 15 mile radius. Between 30-35 in the group, most adults. It would be great to have two separate spaces, place for the "jam session" and the other for food/talking. Does Orlando have private party loft spaces? Or is there a restaurant that has a private space? Bar would be okay but many of us don't drink.

13th Birthday Party Rental Space
I am looking for a rental space to hold a 13th birthday party in Maryland near or around the Anne Arundel county area. I am willing to go to other counties near AA county.
Hello to all, I am looking for a venue that will allow us to bring our own caterer (not from a preferred list) and alcohol. This will allow us to cut down on host. We are wiling to do a Sunday wedding if needed. The location must have capacity of at least 120 including tables, and chivari chairs.

We are looking at a date in February 20 or 21, 2016.

This is not our first wedding but our first and last to each other. We would like to not spend a deposit amount of a house down payment but enough to celebrate our day with loved ones and family.

I'm looking to have a16th birthday party for my son. Somewhere that will allow about 60 people where he can have a DJ, dance and food. Somewhere close to Corinth
I work for a nonprofit in the Kansas City area, and we are looking for a venue to host and cater our annual volunteer appreciation dinner in early November (date TBA). Our organization will be covering the cost of food, and we are inquiring as to how much a dinner would cost for around 80 people. Our budget is $2,200.00 total for the evening. Hi I am not having the best luck finding the right venue for my wedding reception. What we need is:

- Indoor location
- Banquet seating for at least 300 people with dance floor
- Outside caterer allowed
- Liquor allowed

Location: Anywhere from West Palm Beach down to Miami!!!!

30th Birthday Party 60-75 people
Hello,

I want to have a party for my 30th birthday in September. I'm looking at the 19th of September, but my dates are flexible if availability is an issue. I'm trying to find a hall or ballroom where I can have around 60-75 people there and they allow you to bring food and alcohol in. I can handle all of the food, alcohol, and dj I just need a venue. Anyone have any suggestions on one for a reasonable price? I'm open to anywhere in the hampton roads/tidewater area. My budget is probably around 400 to 600 dollars and the party is going to be around 3 to 4 hours depending on the price and such.

And while you're greeting all you guests, at your wedding, and having your photos taken, hire a caricature artist to entertain, while you relax and enjoy!

Hi!

I am looking for a relatively small, but spacious venue that will hold about 50 people, for a graduation party. Preferably, it would be best to be in a private area. My budget is under $500 just for tables, chairs, and obviously the room.

I can provide my own food and decorations.

It would be best if the location were near Falls Church, VA. However, McLean and DC is fine too.

It is definitely possible, but will probably be a smaller wedding. Have you taken a look at any of what I like to call "natural" venues in the area? Beaches, parks, museums and community areas usually don't run as expensive as a full service venue but can still be beautiful. Tent weddings are a personal favorite of mine. It is hard to offer suggestions without knowing the exact location you are looking at or details.

I suggest hiring a coordinator. They are going to know how to manipulate your budget in the best possible way.

My final suggestion is to pick two things you would like to spend the most money on, get those finalized, then make everything else work within the remainder.

Look up the $10k wedding budget challenge for ideas as well! Good luck!
