Hi. I am getting married on June 10,2017 in Birmingham, Al and I wanted to get a head start with my wedding planning. I'm having a hard time finding a venue. I want the venue to offer onsite features such as catering, set up, breakdown, linens and etc. I will have approximately 50-70 guests and my overall budget is $8000.
My daughter will turn 15 next year (we're having a Quinceañera Birthday Party), and I want to plan ahead and get an idea of the venues and prices available in the Orlando metropolitan area. We are estimating about 100 guests. If you guys have any ideas on venues, it would be greatly appreciated.

If you're looking for an intimate wedding venue just south of Portland, OR that is very affordable, has a garden to have the ceremony in and a reception hall you absolutely must look into Dancing Deer Mountain
. The place is like something from a storybook, especially with the owners being so sweet and helpful.
I think being honest with your vendors and letting them know you are working on a smaller budget should get you some discount favors!

What type of Hotels do you book for your incoming guest, do you select a 5* hotel (which will probably turn guest away from attending due to high cost) or a small affordable hotel that is within everyone's budget? I made arrangements at the four seasons and the microtel inn and it seems as if my guest preferred the microtel inn more than the 4 season,,,,,, who would had thought???? SHould you give them several choices?
