Why should I respond to leads from my Eventective account?

Once you have purchased a lead, the best way to respond to the planner is to call them (if a phone number is available in the lead), and to email them with:

  • An email sent directly from Eventective using the ‘Respond’ link in the ‘Leads’ window.  This method allows Eventective to notify you via email when the planner responds to your email by sending their reply directly to your Eventective Inbox. 
  • And also send an email sent from your own email system such as Yahoo, GMail, Outlook, etc. 

Add Eventective as a safe sender in your anti-spam software so you receive email notifications from Eventective when the planner replies to your email, or indicates whether they are ‘Interested’ or ‘Not Interested’ in your services.  The emails to include on your safe-sender list are:  eventective@noreply.eventective.com and eventective@noreply2.eventective.com.
