Why should I respond to leads from my Eventective account?

Why should I respond to leads using my Eventective account?

The best course of action for responding to Eventective leads is to respond immediatley using the Reply function in Eventective, call the prospect if they have provided a phone number and  finally follow up with an email from your personal or company email.

Respond – Send a quick message via Eventective right from the Event Timeline.  You will receive notification in your Inbox when the user has viewed and/or replied to your message.  The time and date of those activities will be visible in the timeline.

Call – On your mobile device simply tap the client phone number in the Event Header and connect with them immediately.  The call activity is recorded in the Event Timeline so you can keep track of when you reached out.  Click-to-call also works with desktops and laptops that have integrated calling capabilities.

Email – Send a message from your business email by clicking on the email address in the Event Header on any email-enabled device.  Once again the action is recorded in the timeline.

Eventective keeps track of your activities so that you can evaluate which sales methods are most effective for you.

Add Eventective as a safe sender in your anti-spam software so you receive email notifications from Eventective when the planner replies to your email, or indicates on the site whether they are Interested in your services.  The emails to include on your safe-sender list are:  eventective@noreply.eventective.com and eventective@noreply2.eventective.com.
