The City of Guelph may promote events on its website and/or social media sites if the City is involved as a host, participant or partner. Otherwise, the City does not permit members of the public to promote events on guelph.ca and/or social media sites.

The West End Community Centre is a fully accessible, multi-purpose community centre that has a full range of facilities ranging from an aquatic facility to a twin-pad arena to a gymnasium to community meeting rooms, cafe and a library complement the facility and provide a variety of additional services to users and customers.
