The Hay River fire department and first Responders had their annual Christmas ball at the Hotel on December 5th, 2015. This same award was given to Curtis Rowe in 2014, which makes three NWT Service Excellence Awards in the past nine years.Congratulations to Juaning Capulso, our guest services manager for being awarded the 2014 Chamber of Commerce Customer Service Excellence Award. Juaning has been with the Ptarmigan Inn for 6 years and is the smiling face you see at the front desk. His desire to go above and beyond for any guest request is what sets him apart from all the other worthy candidates.
