The Ohio Building is an elegant turn of the century historic building in downtown Terre Haute. The building was fully renovated in 2007 and now houses a 13,000 sq.ft. loft with luxurious overnight suites, multiple event venue spaces for hosting weddings and receptions, and rooftop terrace that overlooks the city.

First Floor Banquet Center

Holds up 250 guests with grand lobby, dance floor, sound system, use of kitchen and more.

(200 for weddings)

Second Floor Loft
Holds up to 200 guests in an informal setting, including use of the roof top terrace and interior courtyard

Second Floor Ballroom
The second floor ballroom can accommodate up to 56 guests for events and up to 110 for seating only. The ballroom is only available with an overnight rental. This option includes a beautiful fireplace.

OVERNIGHT

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS

Casa Urbana is a 13,000 square foot second floor space with 5 bedrooms and 4 private baths, theatre room, sauna, and much more. Casa Urbana can be rented as part of a weekend wedding package at The Ohio Building or it can be rented separately.
