Don't Miss Referrals
If you are a regular reader, you are aware that about six months ago we redesigned the way listings are displayed on Eventective. As a result, Eventective visitors began spending more time on the site browsing your listings.
The new layout yielded more Referrals to venues/vendors — now, more than 80% of the requests submitted on Eventective have a direct component. Unfortunately for our planners, many of these Referrals go unanswered. So, we have made two changes to try to improve our communications with you.
Where are My Leads?
First, we stopped sending all Competitive Leads via email to anyone who hasn’t bought a lead in the last 6 months. If you are not interested, you should not be receiving them, so we turned them off. Read the Lead Preferences Article to learn how to turn them back on (or off).
The second change we made was to our Referral email, to ensure our planners are hearing from you. You are now required to sign in to your listing to receive the planner’s contact information. This change lets us know which Eventective providers are responding to the planners coming to our site – your customers are our customers too. Read more here.
We will always email you a Referral from planners seeking to contact you specifically. To be sure you are receiving these communications, add our lead address — Eventective@noreply.eventective.com — to your safe senders list as well.
