 8/26/2011 | | "Perfect Party Venue for Any Party Needs", An Eventective User from Milwaukee, WI | | Recently I was assigned the task of planning the end of the year hockey party for the local college. This party was going to have a guest list of around 250 people that would be including a dinner, award ceremony, followed by a party through the night. I was very new at planning such a large event and sought out the event services of Doubletree Hotel in Milwaukee, WI. I initially called the hotel to see what type of services they provided and if they could handle such a large crowd. I was immediately transferred to the event coordinator of the hotel who answered my initial questions with ease. I then set up a time to come meet her in person and explore the ballroom, where the event would be held. She then sat down with me and went over all of the details in full of the event. This included food, drink, and overall party decor. She was extremely helpful in working within my budget to provide the most fun and lively party that the college could afford. On the night of the party, their staff was extremely friendly and was at our service the entire night. The food was prepared on time and was delicious. Also, the decorations of the event and the overall vibe they created for the party was magnificent. There wasn't one single problem that occurred throughout the entire party, and they helped create a perfect party. I would highly recommend Doubletree Hotel in Milwaukee as a perfect place to host a party. |
