The Pump House Regional Arts Center, located in the historic La Crosse, Wisconsin water pumping station, offers a wide range of visual and performing arts activities. The facility is available for event rentals, and makes a unique venue for weddings, rehearsal dinners, anniversary and retirement parties, and corporate events. The Pump House contains three visual art galleries, the 140 seat Dayton Theatre, art education classrooms with kiln and ceramics workspace, a conference room and meeting areas. It is a fully handicap-accessible and smoke-free environment.
The Pump House is a nonprofit organization that has maintained this building as a cultural center since 1977. Funding is provided in part through private donations and memberships as well as assistance through the United Fund for the Arts and Humanities (UFAH).
