Wedding Nightmare

I would not recommend this venue to anyone! My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Tacoma Landmark and Convention Center. During our wedding reception, one of their staff stole a total of three (3) cell phones from our guest and they stole a wallet out of a purse. This incident pulled my husband away from our wedding reception for over an hour, I was in tears, embarrassed and humiliated.
We spent over $7,000 and the company is refusing to take responsibility for their negligence of hiring criminals. I have tried to resolve the issue with the owner and he is unresponsive, uncooperative and very rude. If you want to enjoy your wedding/reception and have a worry free day, I would not hold my event at the Tacoma Landmark.
