Situated just south of downtown near the Seahawks’ & Mariners’ stadiums and Starbuck’s HQ, the space features a vibrant decor, casual feel, hardwood floors, built-in bar, & brand-new kitchen. It is suited for groups up to 120 standing / 80 sitting, is "decoratable," and competitively-priced.

He was very easy to work with and was always responsive to emails and questions. Our friends absolutely loved the space especially the private night club feel to it. The size of the venue, with a lounge-like feel to it was exactly what I was looking for! We wanted to stay away from a typical community center/hall. So this place was perfect! The kitchen definitely came in handy. I love how the place is perfect for any type of parties. I had so many people asking about the venue and they are interested in renting out the place as well! I would recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a different place to throw ANY kind of party. You will not be disappointed. Btw - thanks Brian, you were very helpful! |

My wife said it was the best birthday she has ever had. Brian the owner was great and very accommodating. Brian really has this place dialed in. It’s the perfect place to throw any type of party. We used the bar, DJ equipment, dance floor, lounge, kitchen, and TV. It was such a great party. Many of my friends are now wanting to throw party’s at this place and I’m looking forward to it. I would highly recommend the Loft for any type of party. |
| 6/29/2010 | | "Great dance party space ", An Eventective User from Seattle, Washington | | Fabulous, flexible space for a dance party - our DJ loved the excellent sound system and lights. Good mix of casual seating for socializing, a well-appointed bar with bar stools, large screen TV as well. Owner/manager very accommodating and helped us to rearrange room to our need. Small but useful kitchen and convenient street parking made our evening go very smoothly. Our party had a DJ, poker table, photo booth and 50 teens and there was still plenty of space to move around. Because the room is one large rectangle, they could easily socialize together and move between different activities. A great time was had by all! |
|  8/6/2009 | | "Fantastic Party Venue", eddyE from Seattle, Washington | The fact that the venue is one single big room with a rectangular floor plan made for a great mingling/dancing space. It also meant that the space was easy to customize: no restrictions on where we should put food tables and such in order to optimize the space. The sound system provided by the venue manager was great, and already included cables to plug in to various sound sources (we used an iPod).
The only limitation that the venue imposed for our party was the lack of an integrated outdoor space we could use for grilling, since we needed to do a lot of grilling, and the venue manager went out of his way to help find a solution for this problem and it worked out pretty smoothly. Everyone had fun. |
