Styled to match the mansion, the Coach House features a large, open space ideal for meetings or gatherings. It can also serve as a useful staging area for functions held in the Mansion or on the grounds. The main room measures 37' by 23', or 851 square feet, and includes a room-length counter for setting up buffets or presentation materials. A limited number of conference-style tables and chairs are available for use inside the Coach House. It is ideally suited for a smaller party/gathering, we can accommodate 35-40 seated at square tables for receptions or classroom style lectures, and we can also seat 70 in a theater style setting. A full day rental (8 hours) of the entire Lord Mansion will vary between $1500 to $2000 and includes tables and chairs setup to your specification.
