*User groups must obtain a banquet permit from the Washington State Liquor Control Board website http://liq.wa.gov/licensing/banquet-permits and post it in a prominent place within the facility on the date of their event. A copy of the permit must be filed with the Recreation Office at least one week prior to use of the facility.
