Prime 21 is a “bar in a bar” devoted to fine spirits from around the globe. With dark wood features set against an onyx backdrop, this room emits an air of sophistication and elegance. This is Daniel’s Broiler’s take on a modern day speakeasy, with no password required. You won’t see beer or wine on the menu—though it is available along with small plates of appetizers from our bar kitchen—but you will find hand-selected local vodkas, gins, and tequilas. Join us in the Prime 21 Spirits Lounge for a break from the mundane, where you can sit back, relax, and sip. Daniel’s Broiler – Bellevue, with panoramic views from the 21st floor of Bellevue Place, has plenty of flexible space and complete audiovisual support. The newly renovated Cascade Rooms, named after the mountains visible from the rooms’ tall windows, can accommodate up to 130 for a sit-down dinner and up to 150 for a reception.
