This package is for black print digital calligraphy envelope addressing for the outer envelope of an invitation or save the date only. Please see other package for two envelope set. Purchaser may select from several fonts as shown in the attachment. Additional fonts area available for a minimal fee -- Color printing is also available for an additional fee. This package includes standard USPS shipping. Overnight or two day service will be extra.
Colored ink will be assessed an additional fee, if desired. Names & Addresses need to be provided in excel form, or an additional fee of $0.25 per name/address will be assessed.
Purchaser will be responsible for sending envelopes to D's Party Designs to cover the amount of completed envelopes needed plus 10% to allow for printer jamming.
If envelopes are needed shorter than the normal 14 day lead time, a RUSH fee of $0.15 cents per envelope will be assessed and billed separately.
Order multiple packages for quantity of envelopes needed to be done.
All packages have a $25.00 set up fee to set up your guest list. |
Per Person price is equivalent to per ENVELOPE price. Purchaser acknowledges that all payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of invitation envelope addressing and the need to get them done expeditiously, the deposit is equal to the package price. All pre-paid. D's Party Designs & Graphics Services requires a minimum of fourteen (14)calendar days to complete work (plus shipping time). Should a RUSH job be needed, there would be an additional $0.10 cents per envelope assessed. Package includes USPS shipping costs. Purchaser acknowledges that any next day or two day shipping will incur more charges. Rush charges or overnight/two day shipping fees would be billed separately through PayPal and would need to be paid prior to starting work.
All names and addresses, with proper format, (i.e, Mr. and Mrs., Dr. and Mrs....etc) are to be sent to D's Party Designs & Graphics Services in an excel format. See attachment for excel spreadsheet sample. If excel is not used, or is not in the form requested, an additional $0.10 cent fee per envelope will be assessed. D's Party Designs & Graphics Services is not responsible for incomplete data or incorrect spellings -- data will be taken directly from excel spreadsheet. |
