| This beautiful room is one of our most elegant spaces to rent. With plenty of gorgeous views of the city, warm wood interiors, and a private terrace overlooking Town Center, this 900-square-foot room creates the perfect, intimate atmosphere for any occasion. The Wood Founders Room can accommodate up to 50 seated guests with its luxuriously cushioned chairs, and it can accommodate up to 60 for a stand-up reception. |

| The Sandler Center's three spectacular lobbies, one on each level, can be rented separately for private receptions and parties and in coordination with the Sandler Center's performance schedule.
The 5,200 square foot Grand Lobby is especially stunning with its two staircases descending from the 2nd floor lobby and beautiful beige marble. The unique chandeliers in the center of the atrium and at the top of each staircase are visible from all lobbies and add a dramatic photogenic quality to the Sandler Center. The 2nd Floor Lobby and 3rd Floor Lobby are each 3,700 square feet and 2,700 square feet, respectively. |

| Landscaped and adaptable for musical equipment, the performance plaza has been used for pre-concert entertainment, and even for a community charity fundraiser. The full plaza is 18,000 square feet and is located in the patio area at the entrance of the Sandler Center, in full view of the Westin, Studio 56, and McCormick and Schmick Seafood Restaurant. |
