My mother and I held a birthday party for ourselves with our closest family and friends. There were between 30-40 people there and we had plenty of room for everything. When booking the venue, it wasn’t hard at all. Ms. Sherri was a pleasure to work with and if I have anymore events I would surely use this building again.

Living in the city of Richmond, there wasn't much room for a family reunion of our size (200-350 people). When we contacted the rental coordinator, Nick, we were immediately greeted with enthusiasm and friendliness. Nick was even there to help set up and take down - now how many other coordinators will do that? Soon after the rental, we learned that the rental fee we paid goes back out to the community to help needy families with their bills in this stressful economy. We were so pleased that there are still loving and caring folks out there doing selfless things such as this organization. I highly recommend using this facility for your next event. They have a nice open field for big events, a baseball field, and a nice sized facility.
