THE GLOBAL EXCHANGE
The Global Exchange is the ideal forum for instruction, corporate meetings, presentations, conferences, and collaborative projects. The facility is designed with state-of-the-art technology to enhance group communication and interaction. It contains one large dividable conference room, two breakout rooms, and adjoining work areas for up to 70 attendees. Wall to wall whiteboards, large work tables and ergonomic chairs make it adaptable to your meeting needs. Each classroom contains overhead mounted projectors, screens, and speakers. Portable whiteboards, flip charts and laptop computers can be set up upon request. Full or partial catering services, IT support, printing and copying, and meeting planning services available.
FOOD SERVICE
Coffee and water are provided free of charge. Kitchen facilities are also available for the convenience of conference attendees. A variety of soft drinks and snacks are available for a nominal charge.
The Global Exchange can arrange catered meals. The All-Day Food Package includes a continental breakfast, lunch trays, afternoon snacks, and beverages. The Box Lunch Package includes sandwiches, snacks and beverages. Additionally, a number of restaurants are located within a 5-10 minute walk.
LOCATION
The Global Exchange is conveniently located just off the Dulles Toll Road between Wiehle Avenue and Hunter Mill Road. We are located less than 10 minutes from Dulles Airport, on a bus route that services the Falls Church Metro and in 2013 will have the new Wiehle Metro stop just minutes away. Onsite parking is available as well as free shuttle services from the nearby Sheraton and Westin hotels.
Reston’s South Lakes shopping center and restaurants are a walk able option for lunch breaks; Reston Town Center restaurants a short drive away.
