Obtain your marriage license from any Circuit Court in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Monday thru Friday, except holidays. Once issued, the license is good for 60 days, and the ceremony must be performed in Virginia. There is no residency requirement, no blood test, and no waiting period! The cost of the license is $30 CASH ONLY! The couple, 18 or older, must come together to the clerk of the court with valid picture drivers' licenses, or other valid government issued picture identification, such as a passport, or military identification.
