 8/4/2008 | | "Do NOT use Access Limo", donna74 from Vienna, Virginia | | (1 star simply bc we finally did get where we needed to be - otherwise, for service, it would be zero stars) I would not recommend this vendor. We reserved a white hummer limo for our wedding. Gave detailed pick up instructions with phone numbers for each location. The driver called the bride 10 minutes after the first group was to be picked up bc he needed directions. Then when he finally shows up 1/2 hr late, he's in a blue hummer limo with Krystal written on the side (was finally told the air wasn't working in the white one, but should have been told immediately - not to mention I had the white one booked for months. They could have tested it out the day before). No warning about the blue limo given to the bride on the phone. I arrived to my own wedding 1/2 hr later than I should have and after the event when I called to try and get 1/2 hour worth of $$ back (which is only fair), I was treated very poorly. Was told that I would get a call back and clearly that will never happen. I was treated very unprofessionally and would not recommend this vendor to anyone. |
