"My Special Day", An Eventective User from Salt Lake City, Utah

In November of 2007 I was to be married. It was supposed to be the happiest day of my life, but I thought I would never see it. After 5 failed attempts to book my wedding in 2 states, I had all but given up hope for the "perfect day" On a whim I decided to try one more place, Highland House. I called I set up a time to see the location and talk with the planner. This was the best decision of my life. I met Teresa the day after I called which was also a week before I was to be married. Once I saw the Highland House I loved it! It was classy, tasteful, and perfect for what I was looking for. When Teresa found out that I was aiming for a week from then, she first told me that this was possible, workable, and that she could pull it off. On that day she gave me the hope that I could have my "perfect day". Teresa calmly and effectively walked me through everything I needed; cake, linens, food, the whole shooting match. She was amazing, working with catering and linen people, cake people, and the limo service. Teresa worked with me and kept me informed of all that was going on. She was more cool in the face of a time constraint than I have ever seen a person before. On November 13, 2007 I HAD my perfect day. A day that all I had to worry about was to make sure my nails were dry and my dress had all the parts with it. I cannot express in words how grateful I am that Teresa was there for me. Without Teresa I know I would not have had my perfect day. I will always go back to Teresa and only Teresa for anything I need. She goes above and beyond what is needed. As for a referral scale, I would give her a 12 out of 10. She exceeded what she promised and what I expected. On our one year anniversary we will be returning to Teresa for a celebration party. I would also recommend Teresa to any of my friends, family, and anyone else who wants to have their "special day", a gathering of friends, or a retreat from it all. Sincerely, Robyn
