Management Response: Dear Guest,
I am the new Director of Sales here at the Ramada Tyler Conference Center. After careful research & review of the situation, I have discovered that the front desk clerk mistakenly checked you into a room that was out of order, but listed clean and vacant in our computer system. It should never have happened.
I have taken care to have all front desk guest service representatives call each room promptly after ten minutes in order to insure that rooms are acceptable and that we are able to avoid this type of mistake again.
We apologize and hope that you will be able to give us a second chance to make it up to you upon your return to Tyler.
