Brio Was the Best!, An Eventective User from St. Joseph, MO

Jenn was my main contact, but I also met other staff members, who were all professional, capable, and ready to make my event the best it could be. Having never hosted a luncheon at an out of town restaurant before, I felt very incompetent. However, Jenn walked me through all my choices and made recommendations and communicated patiently, kindly and never condescendingly so that we ended up with a very, very nice celebration of this dear couple. I never felt pressed to choose anything I didn't want; I felt that the staff were approachable, willing to help me in all areas that I had questions. The Brio menu had lots of options for how I could host our group of 40+ for a Rehearsal Luncheon in a nicely appointed, intimate side room. I couldn't have felt better cared for by all staff, right down to the excellent servers! The food was at its best and freshest. The restaurant actually gave us more choices than we originally contracted for - and without a single hint of reservation. Our guests were more than thrilled with the choice of either Chopped Salad or Caesar Salad (both freshly made and delicious) followed by perfectly prepared and presented Chicken Limone and Salmon Fresca, with roasted vegetables served Family Style. Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly by phone, email or text with Jenn. The morning of the event, she even added extra touches to the decorations (more than I had asked for, even). As you can see, I can't say enough good about this restaurant's food, service, and personal touch! My husband, the bride and groom, and our guests all commented on the excellence of the dinner and overall experience. (This review may sound too good to be true - but I assure you, we do not know anyone at the restaurant!) The experience was just GREAT!
