 10/10/2008 | | "terrible business", An Eventective User from San Antonio, Texas | | My fiance picked this company out and liked some of what they had, so we went in and picked out what we wanted with their florist and front desk person. We signed their contract (requiring 50% down) left our down payment and assumed all was ready to go. NO! They emailed my fiance saying that we did not meet their minimum floral amount ($1500.00) and that we would have to add items to get to the amount or our contract would be "DECLINED" (a legally binding contract for me, but they dont have to honor it). I was not interested in that at all. I called repeatedly for 3 days to try to talk to someone about it to see what the story was. Finally after 4 days I was told that I was to blame for them not telling me that a minimum existed and for thinking that they should live up to their end of what was a legally binding contract for me. I would not recommend this company. |
