Of course you get vegetables, salad, dinner rolls and ice tea. Subtract $400 if you will have 50 or less total guests. Subtract $400 for July, August, December, January, February or March weddings. Add $22 for each guest over 100 up to a max of 150. Subtract another $400 if your wedding is in 2015. Add $37.74 per additional guest over 100 Venue Rental Only, does not include staff, food, cake, etc. Would include tables and chairs for up to 100 guests. 2016 $4,200 (subtract $300 for a 2015 rental date). We can also bulter appetizers ranging from $2.75 to $5.75 per person per item including splitting up appetizers to give you a variety (for example 50 of appetizer A and 50 of X and 50 of Z instead of 150 of A.) Our packages do not have hidden fees, tax and gratuity are included. There is an additional $500 refundable security/damage/excessive cleaning deposit on every event. We require a $1,700 deposit to book an event. We offer a Sunday afternoon cold foods package for $4,300 for 4 hours, no flowers and includes the wedding cake. We can cater a corporate Christmas Party or a Casino Party or custom create an event or menu for you.
Terms and Conditions
No smoking in the venue. All alcohol must be served by Hill Country Events (TABC and insured bartenders). Guests may not bring in their own alcohol. Bridal party or organizer can bring in their own alcohol for the event, there are no corkage fees. A $200 Security officer is required if alcohol is served. No tape, nails, glue, etc. may be used at the venue premises.
