 9/7/2011 | | "Plano Centre is Perfect for Wedding Receptions", An Eventective User from Amarillo, Texas | We can highly recommend the Plano Centre, located in Plano, Texas, as a great venue for wedding receptions. My wife and I held our wedding reception there recently and were well-satisfied with the value and service we received.
For starters, the Plano Centre is a state-of-the-art facility, offering audio and video services, as well as full catering. From a physical standpoint, the convention center has extremely high ceilings, making even the smaller rooms feel much more spacious because of their sheer volume. The interior of the facility is well-designed and is versatile enough to host business meetings as well as more formal events, such as ours. The area around the facility is beautifully-landscaped and has a number of exterior patio areas that are perfect for taking photographs of newlyweds and their guests.
The staff of the Plano Centre were courteous and professional from the time that we began planning our event through its completion. The staff sought to meet the needs of our reception, even though we did not require the Plano Centre's largest rooms for our event. When we encountered issues that needed attention during our reception, the staff was receptive to taking care of those problems.
The Plano Centre is conveniently located just east of U.S. 75 (Central Expressway), which makes it easy to find for guests in the North Texas area. Parking is also plentiful around the Plano Centre, and for wedding receptions in which guests are not served a full meal, restaurants are plentiful and in close proximity to the facility. |

| | "Awesome & Affordable for Weddings", hello from Keller, Texas | | The Plano Convention Centre was great to work with. I was an independent wedding coordinator and I brought my client by to see the facility. On the day of the wedding the staff was so helpful, everyone was professional, the food was delicious and the reception was a blast. The service we received at PCC was five-star and the bride and groom were thrilled as well. |
