Great Location for Dinner Meeting - An Eventective User from McKinney, TX

We have held numerous monthly meetings for the Dallas County Pharmacy Association at Maggiano's Little Italy. The turnout for the meeting held at this venue greatly exceeds the normal turnout. Maggiano's is known for amazing Italian food and great service. Any large event is served family style. Entrees are chosen based on budget, and there are many options available for any budget. There are always large bowls of pasta and other sides readily available. If a plate is emptied, the friendly and attentive staff almost immediately replace it. With such a large group, I was apprehensive that there would not be enough servers, but Maggiano's came through! Food was brought to the tables while it was still hot and courses were cleared without interrupting the speaker for the meeting. The menu was affordable and the amount of food that was served went beyond my expectations. The facility is clean and well kept. The meeting rooms and banquet halls are on the upper floor, secluded from the main dining room. There are large chandeliers that add to the ambiance and enhance the luxuriant atmosphere. The entire restaurant has music playing at a decent volume, including Sinatra and his contemporaries. If the music interferes with a presentation, the staff are willing to turn off the sound for your particular room. If you have a specific list of songs (for a wedding or such), they are able to plug an mp3 player directly into the sound system for the room. Valet parking is available.
