Whatever your preference, you will have exclusive use of the venue all day long, from 10am until midnight. Venue Rental Base Rates: Saturday | $4,900 Friday & Sunday | $3,900 Thursday | $3,200 Tuesday – Wednesday | $2,700 Holiday | $5,700 Off-Season Rates: Weddings held in July (after the 7th)- September 8th & January (after 1st) may enjoy 20% off the venue rental – except holidays and their weekends. Packages: We also offer a great selection of packages... We call them Plans, and our inclusive plans include delicious catering cooked fresh onsite, set up and clean up, coordination, flowers, linens and decor... Prices range from $46 - $150 per person depending on choices. Alcohol: Compete packages with a variety of options are also provided onsite for your convenience at great prices.
