Imagine having your ceremony overlook the ocean, then you head back to a breathtaking ballroom with beautiful chandeliers and staff to take care of your guests’ every whim. Our guests were greeted a choice of beef Wellington or shrimp for an appetizer and red snapper or prime rib for dinner. Definitely 5 Star quality! Highly recommend Stacey Mitchel the catering Director at the San Luis Galveston to make all the magic happen. I keep hearing our guests comment that it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to
