The Spring Branch Meeting Rooms provide great spaces for meetings, conferences, and events of all types. Whether planning a community meeting, banquet, bridal shower, graduation party, or corporate training, the Spring Branch Meetings Rooms provide you with the space and amenities to host successful events. We offer the quality, affordability, location, and flexibility you need to make your events run smoothly. We are centrally located with convenient access to I-10, Beltway 8, and Highway 290, and have a great parking lot with lots of space that can be used for parking or an outdoor pavilion. We provide set up (table and chairs included) and clean up and janitorial services. We have affordable rates and provide options that work for you, with hourly, half day, and full day rentals available. We are open 7 days a week and won’t charge you more for weekend events. Our management firm is located at the building to assist you with anything you might need.

Conveniently located at the edge of the thriving Westchase District and South West Houston, Sam Houston Ballroom & Conference Center is the elegant venue for any type of event or celebration. Its centralized location is ideal if you would like to be within minutes to Galleria area, Sugar Land, Missouri City, and Stafford.
Sam Houston Ballroom & Conference Center has an elegant built-in hardwood dance floor and all A/V capabilities you may need for a successful event. The space can be divided into several smaller rooms by a soundproof partition. Services such as fine linen rentals and DJ & photography services can also be taken full advantage of.
The ballroom offers 5,000 sq ft of banquet and meeting space for any occasion: weddings, receptions, graduation parties, reunions, quinceaneras, birthday parties, corporate & religious conferences, and much more. Our bridal suite will insure the privacy of the wedding party, or a lovely resting area for the bride. Maximum capacity of this center is 350 people Banquet style, or 400 people Theater style.
The second level of Treebeards on Market Square, built in 1861, has a spacious balcony overlooking Market Square Park in downtown Houston. Featuring a colorful mural by James Bettison on one wall , over-sized windows, skylights, original brick walls, and a private entrance with elevator access, this eclectic space holds up to 170 seated guests with room for a band and dancing. An additional 36 seats are available on the balcony and the first level and be rented out as well for really big bashes up to 275 guests. We offer a variety of delicious menus and a full bar. Treebeards on Market Square is a fun and unique setting for birthday parties, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, business meetings, happy hours and cocktail parties. Southwyck Golf Club is an 18-hole regulation length golf course in Pearland, Texas. The layout of the course features golfers of all skill levels. It is a true links style course on the front nine with one of the finest sets of greens in Houston public golf. The fairways and tee boxes are always in top notch shape. A burn runs through the property and water comes into play on 14 of the 18 holes. The course plays anywhere from 5145 yards to 6914 yards.
