My wife and I had been all over El Paso looking at florists before our wedding. They all seemed as though they were hole in the wall outfits or really mom and pop shops. That may seem kind of quaint, but if anything went wrong on the big day, we felt there would be no back up to get us the flowers we ordered. Executive Flowers and Gifts was a very professional organization and the staff was able to deal with us on a much more professional level than the other shops. They were very friendly and patient and were willing to go over pricing with us on several options. One of the things that separated them from other shops in the area was that the staff was fluent in English. I know that sounds weird to say, but there are several shops in the area, close to the Mexican border or owned by Mexican nationals, that don't have any staff fluent in English. They provided us with everything we needed to make our decision, and offered very helpful suggestions that we ended up taking. On the day of day of the wedding, they were at the church waiting for the previous wedding to end before they delivered our flowers. The delivery guys waited in the parking lot to move the flowers from the church to the reception rather than leaving like some of the other flower shops said they would. Executive Flowers and Gifts treated us like we were their most important client and provided us with a level of service that is nearly impossible to find in El Paso.
