Terms and Conditions

A contract will be submitted, agreed upon, and signed by the Planner, and/or the Wedding Party, and the Don't Tell Mama Band at least 6 months or no later than 90 days before the Wedding Event takes place. Method of payment by check, money order, venmo, paypal, or cash, payable to Don't Tell Mama Band. The required deposit must be received no later than 90 days before the date of the event. The deposit may be in the form of check, or cash payable to Don't Tell Mama Band. An Invoice will be made available upon request. OUTDOOR WEDDINGS: The Planner and or Wedding Party reserves the right to cancel the signed contract due to inclement weather up to 12 noon the day of the event without monetary penalty. Once on site and if inclement weather is a reasonable threat, the Don't Tell Mama Band has the authority to judge unsafe performance condition. Upon such notification, the Planner and or Wedding Party must move the performance indoor - or forfeit this performance and full payment of the agreed amount within the stated signed contract. Cancellation Policy: A signed contract may be canceled up to 90 days before the event is to take place. If notification is not received 90 days before the event is to take place, then the require deposit will be forfeited. There may be circumstances that are beyond anyone's control that may cause or affect the cancellation of a Wedding and those circumstances will be reviewed on a one to one basis. Special Offers: If notification of a wedding event is one year out and a signed contract is in place one year out before the wedding, Don't Tell Mama will reduce the Wedding Package pricing by 10 percent.
