Great Wedding Venue - An Eventective User from killeen, tx

I recently went to a wedding at this venue and it was an amazing experience. Everything was very clean and well arranged. The staff was extremely nice and professional. When the bride complained about the positioning of a few items they seemed to happily fix it. The food was amazing. It had great flavor, smell, and the way it was presented on the plate was just beautiful.

Beautiful and Spacious Venue - An Eventective User from Dallas, Texas

One of the best places to get married in Dallas, Texas is the Adolphus Hotel. The Adolphus hotel is not only located in a great area of downtown Dallas that is surrounded by entertainment for out of town guests, it boasts wonderful suites for not only the bridal party, but for out of town guests to the wedding as well. Furthermore, the venue had a ton of amenities. Firstly, the hotel offered a variety of wedding packages. These packages covered everything form the cocktail hour to the reception. So, it was a big stress release for brides and grooms that do not want to do extensive planning. Also, the hotel had great room deals to offer the wedding and their party. From large suites to complimentary champagne, the overall experience was wonderful. The catering was fantastic and even took care of the rehearsal dinner as well as the bridal shower in one of the packages offered. There was a huge selection to choose from as well as a custom menu option. However, the only option that was apparent, or preferred, by the hotel was a plated dinner, which was quite expensive per guest. On the bright side, though, the staff was very friendly. They were helpful in decorating the ballroom as well as helping guests find their seats. Furthermore, they were great with the catering and did a wonderful job overall. The Adolphus was a great place to have any wedding. It had great lighting and was opulent and romantic. It was a bit on the pricey side, though, but well worth the extra cash for such a great venue.

My wedding venue recommendation. - An Eventective User from Dallas texas

I would like to make a recommendation for the Downtown Dallas Adolphus hotel venus for making my second wedding my wedding ever. After i entered the hotel with my lovely new wife a courier in a tuxedo carryed all of me and my lovely new wife's belongings to a room on the upper floor. Although from the advertisement it may look like it only serves deserts , i had plenty to eat at the luxer hotel, they serve salmon and steak for example. THe artwork in the buiding is exquisite. The lighting is old fashioned in a most contempory way. i felt like I was a 18th century count. When i said the artwork I meant the artwork both inside and outside of the building. THe statues on the outside give it a coloniel american fell, while the ld fashioned portraits inside creae more then handsome austrain habsburg environment. THe people here were very friendly indeed. We were also offered all of the ammeities that we needed for a low price. THey had great television. THey had a high speed internet connection. It was just a fascinating experience. THis is just what my wedding needed. I am so glad that I spend 100s of dollars here rather then going overseas on a honeymmoon and staying in a camp. Hopefully, this venue stays around a long time so it can bring the old fashioned romantic joy , of staying in a palace alive and well for many decades if not centuries from now.

Make history with your wedding - An Eventective User from Dallas, Texas

Stepping through the doors of the Adolphus Hotel is like stepping back in time: A hundred years in time, in fact. It was built in 1912 and exudes history. There are many glamorous spots in the Dallas Metroplex that make good wedding venues, but none of them have the classic charm of the Adolphus. The staff tries very hard to make sure your guests all have an excellent time. The rooms are large, compared to most modern hotels, and the beds are amazingly comfy. The Adolphus wedding packages include the following: Complimentary guest room for the bride and groom on the wedding night Champagne and chocolates in suite Complimentary breakfast for the bride and groom in the privacy of their suite Guest room upgrades for parents of the bride and parents of the groom Discounted room rates for guests Discounted parking for wedding guests Personalized wedding cake knife As for catering, choice is the word. There are so many great dishes to choose from to create an experience that reflects your style. You can go as fancy and full as you'd like, or opt for a cocktail reception. If you want, you can even get married there, including an hour rehearsal either the day before or earlier in the day. The location is great, on Commerce downtown, near the Cotton Bowl and many restaurants and night clubs.
