We offer approximately 2750 sq. feet of gallery-event space with professional sound system and stage area which can comfortably accommodate 100-125 people.
1727 offers a beautiful mix of modern meets old world ambiance. The entry of the studio is a sunny contemporary colorful area which also doubles as an art gallery space and comfortable seating area and partial kitchen - a wonderful open bright gathering area to intermingle and enjoy a glass of wine and appetizers.
A stunning sliding door opens into the venue area with a view towards the stage. Beautiful dramatic lighting highlights the inner space with an old world feel, stained concrete floors and lounge style eclectic seating - from retro couches, pub style tables to comfortable booths. The space can be custom tailored to fit your event theme.
