Beautifully red bricked Patio overlooks the Miniature Golf Courses built into a hill with beautiful waterfalls and waterways throughout and gorgeous, well manicured landscaping. (If your event needs to be outdoor and tented, we can arrange that at an additional cost)
• 54 HOLE MINIATURE GOLF (3 Courses of 18 holes; Green Mountain Course, Blue Harbor Course and Red Shark Course) – We have all the equipment!

Climate Controlled Room – (Can seat up to 700) Will be set with Round banquet tables, we provide either white or red lap length linens (choice of centerpieces), cloth chairs, décor includes lots of lights, plants and trees. Dinner is Buffet-style with the plates, flatware and napkins on the buffet tables. Park Lane Ranch & Event Centers Staff to serve, buss tables and clean up. To have a partial “sit-down” with white cloth napkins, flatware & water goblets set on the tables - (add $2.50/pp to the price per person)

Client is welcome to provide own cakes, linens, chair covers, entertainment, etc… and additional décor at own expense.
Client will not be able to bring in any alcohol or specialty food items not prepared by a licensed caterer.
Client is given Saturday after 3:00pm to do any decorating of the room. Should the room be available earlier, arrangements can be made to come in and set up based upon availability. If the Friday evening is needed to decorate a fee will be required based on the time needed.

Tours and Lunch at Park Lane Ranch & Event Center are normally done on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. Between 11:30am and 1pm.
