 8/15/2008 | | "NO SHOW...DONT USE !!!", jeffcristin2008 from Fort Worth, Texas | | I was referred to this company from a friend that used them at her wedding reception. I booked with them 4 months in advance for my reception. It all started with the payment. When I called I was left on hold for over 15 minutes,I had to hang up & call back and hold again for another 10 minutes. The day of the reception the DJ was to arrive at 5pm. No one showed or called. We called the main office and when they answered they told us that our DJ had worked for them for 3 years and this had never happened. They would call him and find out what was going on, this was at 6pm. They called back stating they could not get a hold of him and that they didn't have another DJ for us. The next day I called to get the refund and again on Monday it is now Thursday and I am STILL waiting on a refund. NO apology, no call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very unproffesional and unrelaiable, will ruin your event!!!!! |
| 7/9/2008 | | "Absolutely Horrible", An Eventective User from Brookhaven, Pennsylvania | My fiance (currently husband) and I booked them 4 months in advance - paid in FULL- and they NEVER got a DJ for us!!! They never told us either--my husband had to call and harass them until they finally told us- 24 HOURS before our wedding- that they never found a DJ but they "were still looking". My husband "fired" them and I found an awesome DJ in 15 minutes (Thank God because he had stopped doing friday events a few years prior, but felt bad for us so he did it.)

| 11/16/2007 | | "Pay More Get Professionals", Eidka from Norcross, Georgia | | Pay more and get professionals. This company is the worst company you can get for any event. My wedding was july 7th, it is currently November 8th and i still do not have the DVDs from my wedding. I began calling them 6 weeks after the wedding when they said i will receive the DVDs and they said they were busy and needed more time. I called back at 10 weeks and they said they still needed more time. At 12 weeks i got upset and finally go the number of the "editor" I spoke with her for 2 minutes before she informed me she had never been contacted about my DVDs. Needless to say, its not worth the drama. Rob Asgs and his employees are extremely unprofessional and do not care about anything but the money. |
