1/15/2007 | | "hotel staff", An Eventective User from chicago | | The check in with the front desk was very unprofessional in apperance and attitude to care for my needs. The assistant to the General Manager was very rude when I requested to speak with her. The General Manager was to busy to speak with me. The room was unsatifactory the only person that seemed to care about my concerns was the maintenance engineer. I ate in the restaurant and the food was very good service could have been better. The lounge was very nice and fun to visit had a great time. I expressed my concern about my stay with a woman in catering and she was very helpful and concerned about our stay she bought my friend and I a drink and apologized for the staff, very sweet woman thank you for making us feel as though we matter. The room change that she requested on the 4th floor was better. |
| 1/4/2007 | | "PARTY", ladydy from Waxahachie, Texas | My husband and I spent New Years' Eve at the Reflections Club. The food was great, the band was awesome. The wait-staff was perfect, and made us feel very comfortable. There are steps leading down to the dance floor, and they are lighted in such a way, it is very easy to see where you are going. Looking forward to hearing the Klocks this Friday, we have heard alot of people tell us they are a awesome band. We are smokers, and now that Arlington has passed the non-smoking rule, does not affect us going there at all, we can always step outside. In fact, it is kind of refreshing, not coming home smelling like smoke, even if we are smokers. I would recommend this club to anybody! |
| 12/5/2006 | | "NightClubADanger", basketballchic from Arlington, Texas | | Had a birthday party at Reflections club in hotel, band was good! rock n roll, several people in my party fell going down the stairs the only way to the dance floor, bar/club is separated in to two parts and orchestrating stairs while consuming alcohol & in the dark is tricky and not safe or enjoyable, will not use facility again, plus guests & patrons have to pay $5 to enter to have a drink, door person was rude |
