Includes venue rental, tables and chairs for 160, tablecloths and chair covers, centerpieces, guest book, set up, and security. Can also provide catering, bartender, servers, dj, mariachis, limo service, photographer, decorations, balloon decorations, full service event planning for additional fee. You may provide your own catering and BYOB. All alcoholic beverages must be turned into a bartender. You can hire a bartender or we can provide one for you - $100 for the evening. Security personnel must be present for the last 4 hours of the event. Again, you can hire your own or we can provide one for you - $150 for the evening. You may start setting up at 3pm on Saturday.
Terms and Conditions
$250 deposit required to reserve your date. Additional $250 damage/cleaning deposit required prior to date of event. The $250 cleaning/damage deposit which is refunded if place is left clean and no damage. We can also provide someone to clean if you prefer not to. They charge $100 - $150 depending on amount of cleaning required. Final payment must be received 2 weeks prior to event.
