The River Legacy Living Science Center is one of the most unique spots in the dallas fort worth area for a wedding. It is open year round and offers both indoor and outdoor accomodations. The atrium has flagstone floor and floor to ceiling windows and look out onto a patio overlooking the lawn where your ceremony can take place. There is nothing more magical than the atrium light with candles at night. During the day/twilight hours the grounds are the perfect back drop for the most amazing wedding photo's that you could ever dream of. For brides who want a beautiful wedding without all the fuss of decorations this is the place for you. The scenery provides the only decoration that you will need for youe wedding. There are even different settings that you can hold your ceremony/reception. They offer the patio/lawn for the ceremony and smaller parties which fetures a beuatiful backdrop of lawn boarderedd by woods. For Outdoor ceremonies your photo's can be taken by the pond for a gourgeous lake scene or boardering the woods for a more rustic appeal. For more formal ceremonies, the indoor atrium is a sight to be hold. There is nothing more dramatice than the exposed wood beams overhead the compliment the floor to ceiling windows that brings the outdoors inside in a dramatic and elegant way. The venue comes with a list of perferred vendors that will help you create the perfect ceremony and reception. And the hall rental includes on staff person to assist you through out your day. They are available friday, saturday and sunday for rental and can accomodate 150 people for a formal sit down reception.
