Chappell Acres of Coopertown built in 1995 is one of Middle Tennessee's most enchanting and rustic event locations. Located halfway between Nashville and Clarksville (20 minutes from Governor's Mall in Clarksville, lle. Chappell Acres is nestled among some of the State's most beautiful scenery making it a picture perfect setting for indoor or outdoor events. Chappell Acres is a full-service event facility having adequate space for all kinds of special events for up to 100 guests inside, or 100 plus guests outdoors. The completely decorated assembly hall is available for rehearsals, receptions, family reunions, anniversaries, corporate functions and other special occasions. The barn like facility also provides an altar stage area with a large overhead chandelier and huge picture window, bride's dressing room & groom's changing cottage, decorated stairs with miniature lights for the bride to ascend, an outdoor arbor decorated with beautiful autumn clematis, 4 acres of beautiful natural grounds, wildflowers, and walking paths, a private parking area, a kitchen for warming and preparing to serve already cooked foods and a covered porch.

Use of Chappell Acres is available for business meetings during the weekdays.
Catering is available on-site, but outside catering is permitted

Our open-floor facility can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests. In warmer weather, groups can break up into smaller groups and use: Our spacious front porch and park benches 70 outdoor white resin armed chairs Several outdoor tables with Umbrellas Platformed Arbor(s) Air Conditioned outdoor small cottage. |
9.75% sales tax not included in rental rate.
For evening functions, such as banquet events or fundraising, there is an additional rental rate.

| Guests are welcome to use the open main floor, restrooms, and upstairs loft dressing room. The kitchen is available to warm and ready already-prepared foods (no cooking allowed). For reception time serving only cake, punch, nuts, et cetera; additional time if available must be rented. |
Rental Blocks: 11AM-4PM (with the final hour for cleanup) 4PM-9PM (with the final hour reserved for cleanup)
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your reservation. Additional hours of time may be purchased by the hour at $90/hour. 9.75% TN sales tax not included in package price.

| Guests are welcome to use the open main floor, restrooms, and upstairs loft dressing room. The kitchen is available to warm and ready already-prepared foods (no cooking allowed). Time blocks for Saturday weddings are divided into rental periods. The rental period is a 5-hour period with the last hour reserved for cleanup. All wedding rentals include a 1 hour rehearsal. For reception time serving only cake, punch, nuts, et cetera; additional time if available must be rented. |
